SuperSlow Zone is a unique strength training program that addresses all aspects of general fitness in as little as one or two thirty minute workouts per week. Our certified staff of instructors will guide you through your personal workout program that will tone and strengthen your muscles. Each thirty minute session gives the client a safe and effective workout within a climate controlled quiet facility.

Originally designed from an osteoporosis study, this slow method of fatiguing the muscles will activate more muscle fibers, which ultimately spurs more muscle growth.
