This facility is owned and operated by, Tom Lorren, PT, and Longview Regional Medical Center as Pain Management Joint Venture d.b.a. Centre of Rehabilitation Excellence (CORE).

It was established to provide the quality, professional physical therapy and occupational therapy services to outpatients with injuries or disabilities. Services are offered to all patients regardless of age, race, sex, creed, color, or national origin.

CORE also provides physical and occupational therapy services for Longview Regional Medical Center.  We also provide these services for Longview Regional Medical Center's Skilled Nursing Facility. We have a satellite clinic that is located in Lone Star for providing physical and occupational therapy and industrial rehabilitation for those areas.

CORE provides personal training services to clients of the East Texas area. Additionally, industrial services including post offer, pre offer, fit for duty testing and functional capacity evaluations are offered. Back school education, ergonomic evaluations and related educational topics are offered to assist in reducing and preventing injuries.
