Certified by CARF, a national accrediting agency, our structured Work Conditioning and Work Hardening programs are directed by multi-disciplined team of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, a Psychologist and a Counselor from the Department of Assisted Rehabilitative Services.

Work environments and job tasks are simulated to represent the job as closely as possible. Equipment from local industries, including a 32 ton railroad tank car, vending truck, oil platform rig and valve tree are used for testing and rehabilitation.

Functional Capacity Evaluation, Impairment Ratings Measurements and Malingering Tests are performed at the clinic.
