CORE PERFORMANCE is a proven program designed for athletes to improve agility, speed, power, strength and overall aerobic conditioning. Through this program, young athletes will gain a competitive edge through highly supervised workouts provided by the staff of CORE. Athletic trainers and physical therapists will provide cutting edge sports conditioning training to meet the athlete's goals.
CORE provides both indoor and outdoor facilities and state of the art equipment which will allow both male and female athletes to get ahead of the competition by improving overall performance.
